In working with you, Flotech would undertake complete packaging responsibility, from detailed design, pulsation studies, fabrication & equipment supply, certification, documentation & factory testing. Installation assistance and commissioning engineers are also available & our service team are able to develop complete plant life-cycle maintenance programs if a complete hands off approach is desired.

Flotech is a vertically integrated compressor packager. We take full responsibility for the complete process design, mechanical & electrical design, certification (including CE marking), system pulsation analysis, equipment procurement, fabrication of pressure vessels, cooling system, pipework, electrical control panels and PLC control system, assembly, factory testing, installation, commissioning & maintenance services.

All required engineering disciplines are maintained in-house. Having full control of all aspects from design through build means our packages are very well engineered with full trace-ability and the highest levels of quality control.
Flotech are one of the few packagers in the world that provide full load testing on gas (up to 1500kW), of each package within our test bay. This service means the equipment is pre-commissioned within our works, meaning site time and commissioning costs are greatly reduced. We also encourage operators to visit our works during this test period for hands on training and product familiarisation.
