Biogas upgrading from raw biogas to vehicle quality fuel is an application developed by Greenlane Biogas. The biogas production process typically generates a mixture of 65% methane and 35% carbon dioxide. For effective vehicle fuel use it is desirable to increase the methane content and remove as much carbon dioxide as possible.

Greenlane Biogas systems offer a standard range of plants with capacities up to 2000 Nm3/hr, or more with custom designs. The completion and testing of its Generation III biogas plants has given Greenlane Biogas a significant technological leap over competitors in this field.
